Where are Euforia products made?
Euforia products are crafted with passion in Sicily, and the Prestige line is carefully created in our workshop in Caltagirone.
What types of ceramics can I find on the Euforia website?
On our website, youāll find modern, design-oriented ceramics, all handcrafted following the artisanal traditions of Caltagirone. Each piece is unique, made with care, and reflects the skill of our artisans.
Is the Essential line entirely hand-painted?
The Essential line originates from original watercolors painted by our artists. These designs are then mechanically reproduced on various items, combining the originality of handmade art with the precision of technology.
What makes Euforia products so special and authentic?
Euforia products are synonymous with the highest quality and authenticity. Each item undergoes rigorous checks by our expert team to ensure our high standards and deliver the best of Made in Italy. Only after passing these tests do we apply our seal of authenticity.
Can I personalize my product?
Yes, the Essential and Prestige lines are highly customizable upon request. Contact our Customer Care to check the feasibility of your customization and ensure it fits the Euforia style.
How can I properly clean or maintain the product?
Each product has its own cleaning instructions, which you can find on its product page. In general, for the Prestige line, we recommend using a soft, dry cloth. Products in the Essential line are suitable for machine washing and dishwashing.
Are Euforia products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Euforia products come with a two-year warranty to give you complete peace of mind.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, registration is not required. You can complete your order by entering only the necessary payment and shipping information. If you choose to register, youāll enjoy exclusive benefits such as faster checkout, a favorites list, and order tracking.
How can I place an order on Euforia?
Shopping on Euforia is very easy! Add the products you like to your cart and proceed to checkout by clicking the shopper icon at the top right.
Does adding products to the cart oblige me to buy them?
Absolutely not! You can add as many products as you like to the cart and decide freely whether to complete the purchase. No pressure!
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum amount. You can order whatever you want, whenever you want!
Is there a limit to the quantity of products I can buy?
There are no limits on the quantity of products you can purchase, unless they are limited editions or particularly popular items.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all listed prices include VAT. The amount you see is the amount you will pay.
How do I get confirmation of my order?
Right after completing your order, you will receive an email with all the details, including your order number.
I havenāt received notifications about my order. Why?
Please check that the email address you entered is correct. If the problem persists, contact our Customer Care ā weāll be happy to assist you!
Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?
We work quickly, but not fast enough to modify or cancel an order once itās confirmed. If the order hasnāt been shipped yet, weāll do our best to accommodate you. In any case, you can always consult our return policy.

I received a promo code. How do I use it?
Enter your promo code in the cart before completing your order. If you decide to return an item for which a promo code was used, the code will not be refunded.
What happens if the item I want is not available for immediate delivery?
If an item is out of stock, we’ll put it into production as soon as we receive your order. Processing may take from 7 to approximately 45 business days before shipping, depending on the complexity of the item. Our Customer Care team will keep you updated on processing times.
What payment options are available?
We accept the most secure payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and other reliable options. During checkout, you can choose the one you prefer. We do not accept cash on delivery, but you can safely pay via bank transfer.

When will I be charged?

Yes, if the orders have not yet been shipped, we can combine them into a single shipment.

In Italy, delivery takes 2ā5 business days. International shipping may take a few extra days depending on the destination country.
