Customers’ personal data, if provided, are processed by the Data Controller to:

This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment. DATA RETENTION
The Data Controller retains and processes personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the indicated purposes. Subsequently, personal data will be retained, and not further processed, for the period established by applicable civil and tax regulations.

Aside from what is specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide personal data in the request forms to the Data Protection Authority or otherwise indicated in contacts with the Office to request informational materials or other communications. There is no obligation on the user’s part to provide such data, but failure to do so may result in the user being denied access to the information contained in the dedicated sections, company news, and/or requested services. For the sake of completeness, it should be noted that in some cases (not covered by the ordinary management of this site), the Authority may request information pursuant to Article 157 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, for the purposes of monitoring the processing of personal data. In these cases, compliance is mandatory under penalty of administrative sanctions.
METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING
Personal data is processed using automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the sole purposes for which it was collected. Specific security measures are implemented to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use, and unauthorized access (password-protected access, encryption, firewalls, etc.).
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA

AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES
The Data Controller does not perform automated decision-making processes on customer data or on data of natural persons acting on behalf of customers (legal entities).
